About us

Sue Stewart has been a Career Coach for the past 10
years in a highly competitive business environment
including the customer service industry.
I have coached managers and team leaders within leadership development programs across a broad industry base.

Sue has recently retired from a fantastic career at Qantas Airways Ltd by “Hanging up Her Wings”. Sue has more than 30 years experience within the business operations, developing and managing people and customer service delivery at both a domestic and international level.

Sue has specialised in coaching peers to achieve career goals and promotional managerial positions. In-flight coaching and support Sue was seen as a role model by the cabin crew. I enjoy influencing others to excel and bringing out the best in people.

Colleagues’ stated; “Sue processes highly developed influencing & people management skills; warm rapport, credibility and trust with whom all she coaches. Sue is hugely generous with giving of her knowledge, wisdom and time”.

Sue demonstrated a commitment to ongoing developmental learning for herself and others with facilitating Qantas Airways Ltd Learning & Development programs for past 10 years for Cabin Crew and Management. Sue had great pleasure training young people to become Qantas Flight Attendants and Japanese Student groups (Tokyo & Osaka) to achieve a Certificate1 in Flight Attendant training for their Aviation Degree.

A professional approach to achieve and commitment to learn has enabled an outstanding performance track record. KPI performance as a Customer Service Manager (Onboard Manager) which was my primary role has been measured: Five - Outstanding for past 6 years. Sue is a self-starter and is results focused as indicated by completing two Masters while in full-time employment.
